Jiangsu Applied Element Technology Co., Ltd. was established in July 2020, specializing in the research and production of high-purity metals, special alloys, and their products.

The main products include:

1. Alloy material series: cast high-temperature alloys and deformed high-temperature alloys (nickel based, cobalt based, and iron-based), powder high-speed steel (M42, FAX38), etc.

2. High purity material series: including degassed chromium flakes, chromium powder and its evaporation materials, high-purity rhenium powder and rhenium particles (4N). The product is used for vacuum coating, single crystal high-temperature alloys (Re), metal 3D printing, precision casting, and import substitution of taps and drills.

The company occupies a factory building of 4600 square meters, located at 89 Songshan Road, Suyu High tech Zone, Suqian City, Jiangsu Province.

The production equipment includes one 50kg, 75kg, and 500kg vacuum induction melting furnace and horizontal drawing furnace, one 200kg electric slag furnace, one set of 350 bar rolling mill (seven sets of rolling mills), two German imported Naboo annealing furnaces, two high-purity chromium particle and chromium powder production lines, one high-purity rhenium powder reduction furnace production line, one 400 ton press machine, one straightening machine, two sets of wire cutting machines, one machining center, one set of ordinary lathe, milling, and wire cutting processing equipment, one set of shearing machine and sawing machine, one set of laser marking and inkjet marking machine.

The main testing instruments include: HITACHI S-3400NX scanning electron microscope, Niton XRF-2980plus analyzer, oxygen nitrogen hydrogen analyzer (ONH-3000), carbon sulfur analyzer (CS-2800), ICP-AES, one 100KN high-temperature universal testing machine, Rockwell hardness tester, optical microscope, etc.

The current company has 4 authorized invention patents and 12 authorized utility models. In 2021, won the second prize in the "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition" in Suqian City, and received funding from the Suqian "City Leading Talents" project in the same year. The company actively invests in the research and development of new products and processes, and is currently applying for the national high-tech enterprise qualification; And actively carry out laboratory construction, planning to apply for CMA and CNAS laboratory certification in 2023.
