Casting high-temperature alloys

The company is capable of developing and producing various grades of cast high-temperature alloy master alloy rods and wires based on nickel, cobalt, and iron. Commonly used grades include K213, K418 (Inc713C), K4169 (Inc718), K403, CoCrMo alloy, and FGH95 (Rene95) Stellite alloy series. Special ingredients and sizes can be customized according to customers.

 

Ø The diameter of the mother alloy ranges from 30mm to 250mm, and the length ranges from 200mm to 1400mm.

Ø The diameter of the wire varies from 2.5 to 20mm, and the length ranges from 200 to 2000mm

Surface states include natural state, shot blasting state, polished state, and processed state.

 

Application areas: Precision casting of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant components for aviation, aerospace, gas turbines, as well as automotive and marine applications; Precision casting of artificial joints, dentures, and other products, as well as 3D printing of high-temperature alloys.

 

High temperature alloys are a type of material that can resist oxidation and high temperatures above 600 ℃, and can work for a long time under certain stress. They have a high degree of alloying and a small difference between their operating temperature and melting point. They are also known as heat strength alloys abroad.
